Batch Water Chiller for Bakery

To avoid the deterioration of the dough yeast when adding in water, our batch water chiller for bakeries keeps a consistent temperature and gives the right amount of cooling capacity for your custom bakery chilling needs. 

Our bakery chillers are designed to provide chilled water at a preset temperature for batch draws. With automatic water temperature control, you can program the desired temperature and let the chiller take care of the rest.

  • Batch draw-off flow rates from 5 to 18 gallons per minute
