Mike Mills came to Paul Mueller Company in 1990 in the manufacturing engineering department, as a designer. During his tenure he has worked on almost every product line in the company and held the role of Logistics Manager for several years. As a designer in the Product Development group, Mike helped the company develop new dies that allowed Paul Mueller Company to press it's own plate heat exchanger plates which expanded the company capabilities.
Mike served on the company's ERP system implementation group in 2010 and in 2016 he was promoted to General Manager of Heat Transfer, overseeing operations in both our Springfield and Iowa facilities. Most recently Mike has been promoted to General Manager Dairy Farm Equipment group.
Mike attended Missouri State University and studied Computer Science and Industrial Technology.
